Using this T - shirt is as easy as putting it on! Just slip it on like you would any other shirt. When it comes to washing, you can safely toss it in the washing machine. However, it's a good idea to use a gentle cycle to keep it in great shape. As for the colors, solid color shirts are made of 100% cotton, so they might shrink a bit if washed in hot water, so it's better to use cold water. Heather color shirts, being 50% polyester, are a bit more resilient. When it's time to dry, tumble dry on low to prevent any damage.
